Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival date the hotel will take no charge.
In case of late cancellation, less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, the amount due for the first night stay will be charged or the deposit cheque will be kept.
In the event of a dispute, after having referred the matter to the hotel management and failing a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage, whose contact details are given below:
