Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival date the hotel will take no charge.
In case of late cancellation, less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, the amount due for the first night stay will be charged or the deposit cheque will be kept.
In the event of a dispute, after contacting the hotel management and in lack of a satisfactory response within 15 days, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator whose contact details appear below:
